Delivery Policy

Islandwide Delivery

✔ Delivery is available to all locations across Sri Lanka.
✔ Free delivery island-wide, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page or unless we inform you via email/WhatsApp before shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• No dispatches are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery time is calculated from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
• Typical delivery time: 3 to 5 days after shipping.
• Actual delivery duration may vary depending on:
  • Delivery location
  • Courier company schedules and handling times
  • Weather conditions, traffic, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances
• All delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on order approval and product availability.

Delivery Confirmation & Inspection

To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction:

• Once the order is delivered, please inspect the package and items before signing or confirming delivery completion.
• If you notice any of the following:
  • Missing items
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect item delivered
    → You must inform Saarimandra or the delivery personnel immediately—before signing or confirming receipt.
• Once the delivery is signed/confirmed without any issues, it will be considered that the items were received in perfect condition.

Special Conditions & Exceptions

Deliveries may be delayed due to situations such as:

• Adverse weather or natural disasters
• Courier service delays or route changes
• High order volumes or seasonal peaks
• Public holidays or other unforeseen events
