Delivery Policy
Islandwide Delivery
✔ Delivery is available to all locations across Sri Lanka.
✔ Free delivery island-wide, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page or unless we inform you via email/WhatsApp before shipping.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- No dispatches are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery time is calculated from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
- Typical delivery time: 3 to 5 days after shipping.
- Actual delivery duration may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Courier company schedules and handling times
- Weather conditions, traffic, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances
- All delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on order approval and product availability.
Delivery Confirmation & Inspection
To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction:
- Once the order is delivered, please inspect the package and items before signing or confirming delivery completion.
- If you notice any of the following:
- Missing items
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect item delivered
→ You must inform Saarimandra or the delivery personnel immediately—before signing or confirming receipt.
- Once the delivery is signed/confirmed without any issues, it will be considered that the items were received in perfect condition.
Special Conditions & Exceptions
Deliveries may be delayed due to situations such as:
- Adverse weather or natural disasters
- Courier service delays or route changes
- High order volumes or seasonal peaks
- Public holidays or other unforeseen events
