At Saarimandra, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene standards and product quality, we follow a strict return and exchange policy as detailed below.

1. No Exchanges After Order is Shipped (Except in Approved Special Cases)

Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, we do not facilitate exchanges for a different product, design, or colour, unless there is a very special circumstance which has been reviewed and approved by our management team.
This policy helps us maintain product quality, hygiene, and fairness to all customers.

2. Returns and Acceptable Exchange Situations

You may request a return or exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received an incorrect item or wrong size compared to your order.

In such cases, the item must be returned:

  • In unused condition,
  • With original packaging and tags attached,
  • Along with the invoice or sales receipt.

Once inspected and approved, you may choose either:
✔ A replacement product, or
✔ A full refund (excluding any special delivery charges, if applicable).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Tags, packaging, blouse pieces, or accessories are missing.
  • The return request is made after the allowed time period.
  • The customer wishes to exchange for a different colour, design, or product after shipping, except for management-approved special cases.

4. Third-Party Purchases

We only accept returns and exchanges for orders purchased directly from www.saarimandra.com.
Products bought from resellers, physical stores, or third-party websites must follow their own return and exchange policies.
