Shipping and Returns
At Saarimandra, we aim to make your ordering and delivery process as smooth as possible. The following section outlines our shipping and return procedures.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer free island-wide delivery within Sri Lanka, unless stated otherwise on specific product listings.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days — Monday through Friday — excluding public holidays. Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for standard delivery within Sri Lanka.

Order Processing and Status
Orders are processed on business days in the order they are received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) or 11:00 AM on Friday will be processed on the next business day.
To check the status of your order, please use your order confirmation number and contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email at hello@saarimandra.com. We will gladly update you on your order progress.

Changing Submitted Orders
If you need to modify an order after submission, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at hello@saarimandra.com or via WhatsApp/phone. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been shipped.
Reporting Order Problems
If your order arrives with a missing item, a damaged product, or any other issue, please contact our Customer Service team promptly via hello@saarimandra.com or phone.
To help us assist you efficiently, kindly have your order confirmation number ready. We will address your concern as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
At Saarimandra, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept exchanges for different designs, colours, or items once an order has been shipped, except in rare cases approved by our management.
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is returned in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice/sales receipt.
Return requests must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
Items will not be accepted if they are used, washed, altered, missing tags/accessories, or if the request is made after the allowed time.
This policy applies only to purchases made on www.saarimandra.com. Items bought from third-party sellers or stores must be returned under their policies.

If a product you purchase does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
